Our parts
Products are aftermarket replacements unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Manufacturer names and part numbers identify compatibility; they do not imply that STE is affiliated with the original manufacturer.
Check the part reference, machine and cutting-unit model, dimensions and height of cut before fitting. If you are unsure, use our part-identification form. Advice relies on the information supplied and does not remove your statutory rights.
Prices and payment
Website prices are in pounds sterling. STE is not VAT registered and does not add VAT. Available payment methods and the total payable are shown at checkout.
If we discover an availability or pricing problem, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments for the affected goods will be refunded.
Delivery
UK shipping is always free, with no minimum spend. In-stock orders are dispatched the next day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is the delivery service, not a guaranteed next-day arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you need an urgent delivery or delivery outside the UK.

Returns and product problems
We offer 30-day returns from delivery for unused, unfitted parts, including purchases by trade customers. You pay return postage for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can resolve the issue and arrange or cover reasonable return postage.
Consumers buying online can also cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of delivery and returning the goods within the following 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any standard delivery charge paid is refundable; optional delivery upgrades are not. We may reduce a cancellation refund for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Our unused/unfitted condition applies to our voluntary returns offer, not to statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Business buyers do not automatically have consumer cancellation rights. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email us with your order number before sending goods back so we can confirm the return arrangements. This request does not restrict your statutory right to cancel.
STE Rewards
Qualifying paid website purchases linked to your account are measured over a rolling 12-month period:
- STE Standard: below £500.
- Bronze: £500 - 5% off future orders.
- Silver: £1,000 - 10% off future orders.
- Gold: £1,500 - 15% off future orders.
Product spend counts after discounts and refunds, excluding delivery and fees. Direct, eBay and unlinked guest orders do not count. A new level takes effect after payment and applies to future orders, not the order that unlocks it. Checkout progress is an estimate until payment.
All products, including sale products, qualify. Rewards cannot be combined with another coupon; the other coupon takes precedence. Rewards are percentage discounts, not cash, points or store credit. Your level can decrease when older purchases leave the 12-month period or goods are refunded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use customer information. Please supply accurate contact and delivery details and keep your account login secure. Contact us promptly about an incorrect order or any concern.
These terms
Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
