UK shipping is always free, with no minimum order value. We dispatch in-stock orders the next day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracked 24 is the delivery service, not a guaranteed next-day arrival promise.

Need a part urgently or delivery outside the UK? Email help@sportsturfessentials.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and delivery options. We usually reply the same day.

Returns and fitment help

Contact us with your order number and the part reference if you need to arrange a return, report a problem or check compatibility. Please contact us before sending goods back so we can give you the correct return address.

We offer 30-day returns from delivery for unused, unfitted parts, including purchases by trade customers. Please include your order reference and pack the goods securely. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange a suitable return and cover the reasonable return postage.

This additional returns offer does not restrict your statutory rights, including your right to inspect goods when buying as a consumer.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receipt to tell us you wish to cancel an online purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return it. These rights are separate from any additional returns offer. A refund includes standard outward delivery where applicable. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our voluntary returns policy.

Business purchases do not automatically carry the same change-of-mind cancellation rights as consumer purchases.
